By accessing or using the LevishCoders Platform ("Platform"), including our website, code repository, software downloads, trading services, AI chatbot, and the Levish programming language tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). By submitting code to the Platform, you grant LevishCoders a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and make available your code to other users. You retain ownership of your original code.
Code snippets shared on the Platform are provided "as is." Users may copy and use shared code in their own projects, subject to any license specified by the original author. Always check the license before using code in commercial projects.
You may not submit code that is malicious, contains malware, violates third-party intellectual property rights, or is designed to cause harm.

The Platform, including its design, code, content, trademarks, and the Levish programming language, are the intellectual property of LevishCoders. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
The Levish programming language interpreter and documentation are released under the MIT License, allowing free use, modification, and distribution.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account through the Dashboard settings. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LevishCoders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
